How your piece reaches you.

Each Klenodie piece is made to order in our Copenhagen studio.

Our current production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Once your piece is ready, it will be carefully packed and dispatched.

If you need your piece for a specific date, please contact us before ordering. If we expect your order to take longer than the stated production time, we will let you know.

We currently ship within Denmark.

All orders are shipped tracked from Copenhagen.

Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates apply from the date your order is dispatched and are in addition to the production time stated above.

Shipping options and the applicable shipping cost are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@klenodieofficial.com.

Where a delivery time has been agreed, Klenodie aims to deliver within that period. If we are unable to do so, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If the order is still not delivered within that additional period, you may be entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a refund under applicable consumer law.

If delivery by a particular date is essential, please let us know before placing your order.

Klenodie is responsible for your order while it is in transit with a carrier arranged by us and until it has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@klenodieofficial.com, preferably with photographs of the parcel and the affected piece, so we can help resolve the issue.

All prices include applicable VAT.

We currently do not ship outside Denmark.
